Job summary
Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced EHS professional to support Oil & Gas and industrial projects in the Middle East. You will drive site safety, incident investigations, training, and incident reporting while maintaining EHS documentation and compliance across GCC contexts.
The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in EHS, a related engineering degree or diploma, and certifications (NEBOSH IGC 3 or equivalent).
Qualifications
- 8-15 years of EHS experience in Oil & Gas, power generation, or rotating-equipment industries.
- Bachelor's degree or three-year diploma in related engineering or HSE field.
- NEBOSH IGC 3 or equivalent; ISO 45001/ISO 14001 internal auditor preferred.
- Knowledge of GCC safety requirements and UAE, KSA, Qatar regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor site activities to ensure EHS compliance and conduct inductions.
- Support Permit-to-Work administration and monitoring.
- Implement lockout/tagout during outages; report incidents and near misses.
- Maintain EHS records, prepare reports, statistics, and KPI updates.
- Coordinate PPE, safety supplies and emergency equipment inspections.
- Support EHS awareness, engagement, and training activities.
- Apply Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
