Job summary

Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) seeks an experienced Construction Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) to lead on-site E&I delivery for major EPC projects across the GCC. You will oversee all electrical and instrumentation construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating with engineering, procurement and commissioning teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in industrial construction, 8+ years in construction management, and extensive GCC project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in industrial construction.
• Minimum 8 years in Construction Management or a senior site leadership role.
• Proven EPC project delivery from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Extensive GCC project experience, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and/or Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities during project execution.
• Ensure works meet project specifications, drawings, quality requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project management teams.
• Develop construction execution plans, resource strategies and work methodologies.
• Monitor site productivity, progress and performance against schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, supervisors and construction personnel.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, local regulations, procedures and standards.
• Review and approve work packs, method statements and risk assessments.
• Drive a strong HSE culture and ensure safety compliance.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, constraints and delays.
• Manage budgets, manpower forecasts and equipment utilization.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover activities.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
