Job summary

Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) seeks a visionary Head of E&I Projects for execution and technical authority in Oil & Gas EPC. You will lead a senior team across brownfield and greenfield projects, driving right-first-time delivery, governance, and compliance across complex installations.

The role requires deep E&I expertise, extensive EPC leadership experience in the Middle East, and a hands-on approach to optimize construction performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20-25 years’ experience in Electrical & Instrumentation within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong track record across EPC project delivery, ideally within the Middle East.
• Deep expertise in major electrical and instrumentation/control systems.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on leader with a passion for execution excellence and technical integrity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate technical authority for all E&I systems and decisions.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables with a focus on constructability and commissioning efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with client standards and international E&I codes.
• Oversee procurement quality with final sign-off on engineered materials.
• Define strategies for critical system cutovers and live replacements.
• Lead robust commissioning strategies to achieve on-time Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) handovers.
