Wood seeks an experienced PMC Senior Construction Engineer - E&I to lead on-site electrical and instrumentation activities for major capital projects in the UAE. You will oversee contractors, drive safety standards, and ensure installation quality and timely milestone delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-discipline crews, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with international codes. Extensive travel and stakeholder collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree with Oil & Gas sector exposure.
• Strong leadership and site management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise electrical and instrumentation construction activities onsite.
• Manage contractors and site teams; allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Oversee installation of switchgear, MCCs, transformers, cabling, and instrumentation devices.
• Coordinate QA/QC, inspections, NCR closures, and codes compliance (NEC, IEC, ISA).
• Enforce HSE policies; conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe execution.
