Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, Q-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales.
• Experience with major e-commerce/Q-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital merchandising.
• Analytical and numerical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset focused on achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across e-commerce and Q-commerce marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, images and stock.
• Monitor sales, orders, cancellations and customer experience.
• Coordinate with marketplace partners on issues.
• Develop platform-specific sales strategies.
• Plan promotions and online merchandising campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance teams.
