Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall e-commerce strategy, P&L, revenue and profitability for the Grocery business.
• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate online sales, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
• Lead the digital trading, merchandising, pricing and promotional strategy to maximize commercial performance.
• Drive improvements across conversion, traffic, basket size, pricing and promotional ROI.
• Own the end-to-end digital customer journey, delivering a seamless, engaging and differentiated online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology and Finance to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
• Utilize data, analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Build and develop a high-performing e-commerce organization, managing key external partners, marketplaces and tech platforms.
• Identify and implement new digital channels and technologies to strengthen competitive position.
• Establish and monitor clear commercial and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
