Job summary

Client of James Patrick is recruiting a Senior E-commerce Manager for a leading UAE ecommerce retailer based in Dubai. You will own merchandising across a large product catalogue, optimize category performance and drive revenue, conversion and AOV.

You will work hands-on with Magento, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify or similar platforms and use GA4 and Excel to inform merchandising decisions. Experience launching products and running A/B tests is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce merchandising experience.
• Experience owning category performance, driving revenue, conversion and AOV.
• Hands-on with Magento, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset using GA4 and Excel.
• Experience launching products and on-site merchandising with A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising strategy across a large product catalogue.
• Drive category performance to increase revenue, conversion and AOV.
• Lead on-site merchandising, product launches and A/B tests.
• Utilize GA4 and Excel for data-driven merchandising decisions.
