Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience building and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for existing CRM applications.
• Support deployment, release management, and production rollouts.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
