This full-time, commission-based role requires a proactive, high-energy professional to connect with international and local buyers, presenting off-plan projects and guiding them through the purchase journey. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of Dubai real estate experience, exceptional verbal communication, and strong video-presentation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months active experience in Dubai real estate, focused on off-plan sales.
Immediate joiners only; residing in UAE with transferable visa or cancelled visa preferred.
Proven high-volume outbound calling skills, overcoming objections.
On-camera confidence and strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English mandatory; multilingual skills (Arabic, Russian, French, Urdu, or Hindi) a massive advantage.
Strong negotiation and closing skills; hunger to smash monthly sales targets.
Tech-literacy: familiarity with modern CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Property Finder/Bayut) and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation: Prospect high-volume calling, cold and warm outreach to international and local high-net-worth individuals; build, update, and nurture sales pipeline using CRM; qualify buyers by identifying investment goals, budgets, and timelines to match appropriate off-plan projects.
Video Presentations: Conduct professional video presentations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet; present brochures, 3D models, floor plans, and payment plans; create social media walk-throughs and personalized video pitches.
Virtual Site Tours: Adapt to digital-first buyers, presenting Dubai lifestyle and master-community benefits through screen-sharing and interactive maps.
Sales & Advisory: Guide clients through the buying cycle from inquiry to booking, signing SPA and post-sales coordination; maintain relationships with developer sales representatives to secure best units and inventories; stay ahead of market trends, upcoming launches and ROI expectations.
