Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in utilities engineering and infrastructure supervision.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in RTA or DM projects.
• Strong knowledge of dry utilities standards and authority approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of dry utility networks including HV and LV cables.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect excavation, duct laying, cable pulling, and termination.
• Ensure trench preparation and protection layers meet standards.
• Coordinate dry and wet utility works to prevent conflicts.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals.
