Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of construction supervision and project management experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects and at least 3 years of UAE experience.
• Must have worked as a Senior Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in wet utilities, roads, and civil infrastructure supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals, NOCs, and technical compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, contractor management, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review inspectors' daily reports for accuracy, completeness.
• Prepare the Engineer's Daily Diary summarizing site activities.
• Oversee inspectors' daily activities including task assignments.
• Review contractor inspection requests and testing reports for compliance.
• Conduct continuous site inspections and provide technical consultation.
