Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant utilities experience in major infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of Dubai experience with RTA project exposure.
• Strong coordination experience with multiple utility authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility protection, diversion, and reinstatement works within RTA road corridors.
• Ensure compliance with RTA corridor layouts, depth clearances, and reinstatement requirements.
• Interface with traffic staging and management plans to ensure safe execution near live roads.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for utilities and MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections, issue site instructions and NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
