Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Drilling Services Contracts Specialist to manage contracting activities for ADNOC Onshore. The role involves developing tender strategies, preparing technical and commercial requirements, evaluating service providers and managing contract commitments through the lifecycle.

The successful candidate will collaborate with drilling teams, procurement, legal, HSE and QA to ensure compliance with ADNOC Onshore policies and industry standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including drilling technology, equipment, products and methods.
• Experience with financial, tendering, contracting and cost engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage drilling services contracting lifecycle from tender strategy to closeout.
• Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations with stakeholders (drilling, procurement, legal, HSE, QA).
• Prepare technical and commercial contract requirements and pricing structures for tenders.
• Participate in contract negotiations and provide input on terms, service requirements and pricing.
