Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Offshore Contracts Specialist to develop and manage offshore contracts from regulations research to negotiations. You will provide strategic advice on change orders, variations and claims to the Management Team.

The role includes preparing ITT packages, managing bidder communications, drafting amendments, and ensuring compliance with DOA and local regulations while promoting HSE adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration and law or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant offshore contract experience in Oil & Gas.
• In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas business planning, offshore contracts and core marine processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue ITT packages and oversee their distribution to approved bidders.
• Provide expert contractual advice to End Users and draft contractual correspondence
• Review and assess variations and claims, draft amendments as needed
• Ensure contract terms comply with DOA and procurement procedures
• Promote health, safety and environment (HSE) requirements in contract activities
• Administer EPC contracts in alignment with contractual terms and corporate procedures
