Job summary

Gardinia Contracting, a Dubai-based construction powerhouse behind Azizi Developments, seeks a Draftsman with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of drafting experience. You will prepare GA, shop, fabrication, and layout drawings for formwork systems using AutoCAD and related tools.

You will support engineers, review drawings, manage document control, and coordinate with site teams to ensure safe, buildable detailing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with formwork shop drawings is essential.
• Knowledge of PERI/Doka or equivalent formwork systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed GA, shop, fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings for formwork systems.
• Assist engineers in developing safe, economical, and buildable formwork solutions.
• Coordinate with project and site teams on drawing requirements and revisions.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control records.
• Ensure drawings reflect safe erection/dismantling methods and safety provisions.
