Gardinia Contracting, the integrated construction powerhouse behind Azizi Developments, is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer – Formwork to lead design, analysis, and technical management of self‑climbing formwork for high‑rise and complex projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with climbing formwork systems, PERI/Doka knowledge, and hands‑on use of STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related tools; mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in structural/formwork engineering and high‑rise projects.
• Experience with self‑climbing and crane‑supported formwork systems.
• Knowledge of Eurocodes, ASCE/ACI/BS codes and related standards.
• Chartered status preferred and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design self‑climbing and crane‑supported formwork systems.
• Perform structural analysis and prepare calculations for temporary works.
• Develop models using STAAD Pro; conduct finite element analysis as needed.
• Verify adequacy and stability across construction stages.
• Review calculations and ensure compliance with codes and QMS.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Attend technical meetings; manage document control and risk reviews.
• Support installation planning and verification of lifting sequences.
