Job summary

Akaya in Dubai seeks an experienced Structural Draftsman to support a high-rise construction project. You will prepare GA drawings, shop drawings, sections and elevations, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.

With 6–8 years of relevant experience and a strong command of AutoCAD, you will revise drawings based on engineer and site feedback and liaise with engineers and site teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman.
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects.
• Knowledge of structural drawings, detailing and construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural GA drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP requirements.
• Revise drawings based on engineer/site comments.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and follow project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to meet project requirements.
