Job summary

You will prepare Facility Offer Letters, Term Loan Agreements, and security documentation aligned with approved facilities, and ensure proper execution and validity of all security instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 3-5 years in Corporate Banking or CAD.
• Experience with credit documentation and security instruments.

Responsibilities
