Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Corporate Documentation Specialist to prepare, review and lodge security and facility documents for credit facilities. You will verify signatories, rectify legacy issues and ensure regulatory compliance within the bank's CAD workflow.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 3–5 years in Corporate Banking and at least 3 years in a Corporate CAD function, capable of detailed, deadline-driven work in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of Corporate Banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a Corporate CAD function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Facility Offer Letters, Term Loan Agreements and security documentation.
• Verify and validate security documents for proper execution and validity.
• Check signatories' authorities via resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Rectify discrepancies in legacy security documentation.
• Ensure approvals for deferred or waived documentation requirements.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports accurately and timely.
• Monitor expiries and renewals of securities; follow up as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date collateral records in systems.
• Review collateral releases to ensure liabilities are cleared.
• Lodge security documents and collateral records in systems.
