Job summary

Black & Grey HR Consultancy FZE invites a detail-oriented Document Controller to join their offshore project delivery team in the UAE. You will manage project and corporate documentation, ensure version control, and support the document lifecycle from intake to archival.

Work with project managers, engineering, quality teams, clients and subcontractors on DMS compliance, transmittals, and audit-ready records for ADNOC-related offshore EPC projects.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of document control experience in offshore/marine/oil & gas EPC environments.
• Experience with DMS/EDMS such as Aconex, Documentum, SharePoint.
• ADNOC project exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DMS/EDMS with accurate document numbering, revision control, and distribution records.
• Coordinate document transmittals between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders; monitor review workflows.
• Support close-out activities including as‑built documentation and audits by maintaining complete document trails.
