Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Administration, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience, with 2-3 years in project/data center environments preferred.
• Proficiency in DMS, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Aconex, and project software.
• Strong document management, control, routing, and process skills.
• Ability to identify document bottlenecks, risks, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control systems and records.
• Review, approve, distribute, archive, and retrieve project documents.
• Manage technical documents, drawings, correspondence, and ERP records.
• Maintain document registers, deliverable trackers, and revision control.
• Establish document control KPIs, goals, and project workflows.
• Manage project contracts, financial records, handover, and closeout documents.
• Coordinate document distribution across offices, teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure all outgoing deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and approval requirements.
• Support document control throughout construction, closeout, and transition to operations.
• Prepare reports, records, schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
