Job summary

KEO Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage project documents, drawings, and correspondence. You will maintain the document control system to ensure accuracy, version control, and timely access for engineers and project managers.

Required are 7 years of experience and proficiency with Oracle Unifier, Aconex or Asite. Diploma or Bachelor's degree is expected. Hybrid working arrangements and company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience in document control or PMCM environments.
• Proficiency with EDMS systems (Oracle Unifier, Aconex, Asite) is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and distribute project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Maintain document control system per PMI procedures and client requirements.
• Ensure proper numbering, revision control, status updates, and workflows.
• Maintain registers for drawings, reports, RFIs, submittals, and deliverables.
• Prepare and issue transmittals and distribute documents to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, consultants, contractors and client reps for submissions and approvals.
• Monitor review cycles and follow up on overdue responses.
• Support audits and prepare close-out documentation.
