Job summary

Kling Consult International GmbH and Co KG - Architectural Design & Engineering seeks a meticulous Document Controller for its Dubai, UAE office. You will manage the documents lifecycle, ensure indexing, version control, and archiving, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in document control, strong DMSS/Aconex skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in document control or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced skills in DMSS (Aconex) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of database management, filing, and archiving systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures.
• Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
• Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize documentation.
• Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain version control and track document revisions.
• Train staff on document control procedures and best practices.
• Generate reports on document status, compliance, and other metrics as needed.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to document control.
