Job Summary

The Distribution management department is responsible for maintaining the contacts with our key partners (distributors, agents and Roche internal stakeholders) in Middle East. The key roles are to support the department in maintaining an appropriate overview of the performance of each of the partners, negotiating contract terms and conditions, assessment of new and existing partners, monitoring their performance based on commonly agreed KPIs and improvement plans.
