Job summary

Hex Trust, a licensed digital asset institution with global offices, seeks a VP/Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions. The role focuses on originating and closing PSPs, acquirers, and fintechs across APAC and GCC, with credibility on stablecoins, settlement, and APIs.

This is a pure origination role with high autonomy, handling the full commercial cycle and driving growth from day one. Competitive base salary with quarterly uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in institutional or B2B sales, with payments focus.
• Proven track record selling payment infrastructure to PSPs/fintechs/financial institutions.
• Strong network across APAC and/or GCC payments ecosystem.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay across APAC and GCC.
• Identify and win PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients.
• Translate regulated, API-first capabilities into commercial wins with stakeholders.
• Secure a flagship design partner for programmable stablecoin payment infra.
• Collaborate with product, client ops, compliance, and legal for onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence to shape roadmap and GTM.
