Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for AI-enabled products within the Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) portfolio in the UAE. You will shape a scalable product line, translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with senior Bain leaders to drive client impact.

You will steward governance across product, commercial, and technical teams, guiding build/buy/partner decisions, and defining success

Qualifications

Experience leading product strategy for enterprise software or digital platforms.
Proven track record delivering product roadmaps from concept to commercialization.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development and agile practices.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across business, commercial, and technical functions.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle for priority AI-enabled products within CXT.
Translate business strategy into clear product priorities, MVPs, launch plans, and long-term roadmaps.
Make build/buy/partner decisions in collaboration with the GSL.
Define requirements with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive product discovery with Partners, case teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
Develop business cases, product narratives, demonstrations, enablement materials, and commercialization plans.
Define and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, usage, and client impact.
Lead ongoing product enhancement through user feedback, market developments, and AI capabilities.
Foster strong product management discipline across the CXT portfolio and ensure cohesive client offering.
