Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• MBA or advanced technology degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3+ years in product management, AI/ML preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of ML concepts, data pipelines, model lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specs and user stories for engineering/data science.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX and Marketing to deliver AI products.
• Partner with data scientists to ensure ethical AI models and good UX.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, privacy and regulatory standards.

The Senior Manager AI Product is responsible for leading the development and delivery of AI-driven products and features that create business value and enhance customer experience. The role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer-centric product management to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful implementation. The position works closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Marketing to deliver high-quality AI products.
• Partner with data scientists to ensure AI models are accurate, ethical, and aligned with user experience expectations.
• Define product KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Ensure AI products comply with ethical standards, privacy regulations, and responsible AI principles.
• Communicate product roadmaps, progress updates, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support risk assessment reviews through consultation and collaboration with the HSE team.
• Promote safe work practices by encouraging reporting of incidents, near misses, and environmental concerns, while reinforcing PPE and safety requirements.
• Monitor team compliance with HSE procedures and elevate concerns where necessary, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager to support divisional objectives.

Requirements and Skills

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree with a Technology specialization is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms and basic proficiency in Python or SQL is desirable.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions, from data collection through deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives.
