Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Finance. MBA/ masters preferred.
• 6-8 years experience in sales, sales support, marketing, finance or equivalent fields.
• Experience in process optimization, sales and lead management in B2B.
• Experience in financial services/payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Own Knowledge Management and platform governance for CMS in CEMEA.
• Lead regional AANR validation, ensure data quality and audit readiness.
• Own CMS Sales Plays operating model from prioritization to launch and review.
• Manage regional lead management framework and reporting.
• Oversee CMS training framework and learning journeys for sellers.
• Serve as backup for SIP governance and maintain governance reporting.
• Translate global frameworks into practical CEMEA execution.
