Job summary
Confidential Government Entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead and execute digital transformation initiatives across the organization, leveraging digital technologies, data, automation, and workflow platforms to improve processes and stakeholder experience.
You will partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, define KPIs, monitor benefits realization, and drive change management for successful adoption of AI, cloud, and automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in digital transformation or related field is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the digital transformation roadmap and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to digitise, automate, simplify, and improve business processes.
- Work with business functions to understand operational challenges and opportunities for digital enablement.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation.
- Support the design and implementation of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT, data, technology, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
- Support digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and rollout.
- Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential applications.
- Support adoption of AI, automation, data analytics, cloud solutions, digital platforms, and workflow technologies.
- Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, technical documentation, presentations, and recommendations for digital initiatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact, adoption and effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on digital transformation practices across leading government and industry organizations.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer and stakeholder experience through digital channels and services.
- Support the development of digital transformation standards, frameworks, guidelines, and methodologies.
- Maintain awareness of emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and government digitalization initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
