Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in service delivery, managed services, or ICT operations leadership.
• Strong background in digital transformation, NOC operations, cloud migration, and AI-enabled service automation.
• Proven track record of scaling managed services portfolios with strong profitability margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete service delivery lifecycle from transition to execution across ICT.
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Ensure on-time and within-budget service execution.
• Drive transformation through centralized Network Operations Center integration.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction levels.
