Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare users and operations; UAE experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discussions, define scope, and manage priorities.
• Coordinate with product, software development, testing, integration, data, and support teams.
• Translate payer, coding, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear system requirements.
• Define dashboards and operational reports to support revenue integrity.
• Support adoption, training, and go-live activities across hospital teams.
