- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and affluent client journeys.
- Experience operating within agile or hybrid product development frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the digital product roadmap for Private Banking.
- Translate business requirements into structured user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, CX, and external partners.
- Optimize digital journeys across various platforms.
- Validate journey improvements through analytics and testing.
- Ensure product releases comply with GCC regulatory standards.
- Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Lead experimentation initiatives like A/B testing.
