Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products and channels.
• Experience in BRD, FSD, and creating user stories.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to define solution requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
• Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect resolution.
