Job summary

Elephants Foot Global is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive growth across multiple brands. You will own the digital growth strategy, combining hands-on technical skills with commercial thinking to deliver qualified leads, improve conversions and measurable business results.

You will manage campaigns, optimize SEO, leverage AI tools and analytics to inform decisions and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, incl. 5+ years in performance marketing and growth.
• Strong track record managing large paid media budgets with measurable results.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn and GTM.

Performance Marketing | SEO | AI & Automation | Lead Generation

We're looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive digital growth across multiple brands and business units within our Group.

This isn't your typical marketing role. We're not looking for someone who simply coordinates campaigns or manages agencies. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, loves analysing data, experimenting with AI tools and finding opportunities to improve performance.

You'll take ownership of our digital growth strategy, combining hands-on technical expertise with commercial thinking to generate qualified leads, improve conversions and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Drive SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve ROI, ROAS, CPL and conversion rates.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and attribution modelling.
• Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable, data-driven insights.
• Develop and optimise lead generation strategies across multiple brands and business units.
• Improve website and landing page performance through A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Implement AI tools, CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute growth initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies and competitor activity.

About You

• 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including 5+ years specialising in performance marketing and digital growth.
• Proven success managing substantial paid advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong technical SEO experience, with demonstrated improvements in organic traffic and rankings.
• Expertise in analytics, conversion tracking, attribution and campaign optimisation.
• Practical experience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing performance.
• Strong commercial understanding of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Highly analytical, technically curious and confident making data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking full ownership of digital performance.

Highly Desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Google Ads, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn or SEO platform certifications.
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, automated reporting and marketing technology.
• Experience managing digital growth across multiple brands or business units.
