GDIT is seeking a Senior IT Service Portfolio Manager in Dubai to lead a high-performing team and drive the technical strategy for the service catalog. You will partner with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to align timelines, resources, and delivery goals while ensuring reliable service operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT leadership, strong ITIL and Agile practices, and hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and WebLogic.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in IT or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Experience managing technology service portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and WebLogic.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight for your team by delegating and prioritizing task execution.
• Oversee technical strategy and vision for the service catalog.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Scrum Masters on project timelines and resource requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee personnel management including recruitment, hiring, and mentoring.
• Provide oversight for incidents and stakeholder communication.
