Job summary

ADCB is seeking an ambitious IT professional to join the Group Business Service (GBS) team in the UAE to design, implement and govern technology lifecycles with a focus on security, scalability and reliability.

The role requires 8–10 years in enterprise IT, with 3–5 years in leadership, plus ITIL-based incident/change/release management and relevant certifications. You will lead cross-functional squads, manage vendors, and coach engineers in a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise IT systems/infrastructure engineering, with at least 3–5 years in leadership or senior technical role overseeing delivery.
• Experience in incident, change, and release management processes in an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Industry certifications in ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure), VMware, Cisco/Networking are preferred, with leadership or PMP if available.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern technology lifecycles and guardrails to meet plans, security, scalability, reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs and timelines, and address variances.
• Lead and develop the team, set objectives, manage performance, and provide feedback.
• Implement departmental policies to ensure service standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ADCB's service standards in all internal and external interactions.
