Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in IT Management, technology solutions delivery, and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for tasks and manage contractor personnel across multiple teams.
• Implement Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to support task delivery.
• Manage senior-level customer relationships and oversee delivery quality.
• Provide bi-weekly Agile reports and Monthly Status Reports (MSR).
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officers and agency representatives.
• Manage program resources including manpower, production standards, and facilities.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Facilitate meetings and document summaries, action items, and dependencies.
