Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced data protection expert to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible engagement focuses on privacy governance and DPIA ownership.

You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials, including privacy notices and vendor DPAs, with strict attention to regulatory scrutiny and high-quality written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for privacy workflows.
• Evaluate DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance across core workflows.
