Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced privacy analysts to help train our advanced AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and vendor DPAs to ensure regulator and customer scrutiny readiness.

This remote, flexible role requires 5+ years in data privacy with superb written communication and attention to detail. Start ASAP; 5–20 hours per week, with potential for more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIAs ownership.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor DPAs that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated privacy documents across core workflows.
• Lead DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Draft and review privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements.
