Job summary

Ethos is a remote-friendly expert network backed by leading investors, seeking experienced privacy and regulatory compliance analysts to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, processing records, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, while drafting privacy notices and DPAs for regulator and customer scrutiny.

The role offers $90/hour with 5-20 hours per week, fully remote scheduling, and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in document craftsmanship

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage data protection impact assessments, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, vendor DPAs, and breach notification protocols
