Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, is seeking regulatory compliance managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, ownership of DPIAs and records of processing activities, and experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that stand up to regulator scrutiny. This is a flexible, remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIAs and records of processing activities.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor DPAs that hold up to regulator scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows.
• Refine AI outputs with privacy and regulatory considerations.
• Support DPIAs, records of processing activities, and privacy notices.
