Job summary

Atos DC Operations UAE seeks an experienced DC Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end data centre activity, ensure uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance, and support other departments for smooth operations.

With 10–15 years in customer, vendor, and contractor management, you will lead maintenance, coordinate with suppliers, perform incident RCA, manage changes, and ensure security and performance across power, cooling, and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of data center operations and processes.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting across multiple vendors.
• Experience in Incident management and RCA.
• Strong data analysis and data mining skills.
• Security and data protection awareness.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Fluent English verbal and written proficiency.
• Project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the data centre and ensure support for other departments.
• Manage Electrical System maintenance including UPS, Switchgear, Generators.
• Lead maintenance activities and supervise during shutdowns, nights and holidays.
• Review SOPs/MOPs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and project implementations.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor capacity, power, and cooling.
• Ensure incident reporting, RCA and follow-up with vendors.
• Provide 24x7 on-call readiness and training for staff.
