Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center, critical environment, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction-related activities to modify infrastructure for new or end-of-life equipment within data centers.
• Lead initiatives to increase data center resiliency and reliability.
• Review electrical, mechanical, controls and architectural designs for optimization.
• Review project drawings and construction packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Create project scope, RFPs and capital requests, manage budget and timelines.
• Ensure commissioning plans and quality across projects.
• Record and report key metrics to the team and management.
• Provide operational support and drive maintenance initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for high-quality turnovers.
• Serve as a leader within the group and with internal/external teams.
