• Comfortable operating in a 24/7, high‑availability setting

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a data center operations team; set clear expectations and high performance standards
• Own shift scheduling, resourcing, and handover routines for 24x7 operations
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance; ensure work is planned and controlled
• Act as on‑site lead for third‑party contractors and service providers
• Coordinate incident response, RCA, and corrective actions
• Uphold health, safety, and security standards; ensure regulatory and audit readiness
