Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced data analyst to own end-to-end analytics for its fiat business. You will build dashboards, model revenue, and monitor liquidity across multiple fiat channels, while collaborating with product, operations, and compliance teams.

The role requires strong SQL, Python or R, and expertise in BI tools; fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to interact with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Background in payments, fiat on/off-ramp, FX, cross-border remittance, banking, or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R).
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for the fiat business line — P2P, One-Click Buy, fiat Spot, and fiat FTD.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to track fiat OKR metrics.
• Analyze fiat revenue composition end to end and construct full-chain revenue models.
• Monitor fiat liquidity supply and demand and compare with other exchanges.
• Evaluate payment channel performance and support commercial negotiations with data.
• Deliver data support for regional entities and regulatory requirements.
• Build operational monitoring for fiat workflows and anomaly alerting.
• Support product, operations, regional, compliance, and finance teams with ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide recommendations on pricing, currency prioritization, and channel strategy.
