Job summary

Bybit is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategy and operations. The role requires hands-on experience with big data analytics, strong programming and visualization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred.
• Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data, timely discover and analyze deep changes and root causes behind business appearances.
• Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL, proficient in operating tools such as Excel, PPT, Tableau, etc.
• Strong logical thinking ability and excellent written/spoken communication; able to produce business data analysis reports.
• Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms to identify opportunities from business development perspective.
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional project experience; capable of driving project execution.
• Strong adaptability and time management to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive indicator system and monitoring framework based on business goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to provide data support for decisions on operations, marketing, and product directions.
• Collaborate with teams to extract data product requirements and promote landing of data products.
• Organize training and sharing of data concepts, skills, methods, and tools across teams.
