Job summary

Horizon3, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, is seeking a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to help prospects understand the value of our NodeZero platform and services.

You will meet with customers, deliver live demos, tailor solutions, train the sales team, and relay feedback to product and engineering to drive ongoing improvements. This role is fully remote with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect in cybersecurity.
• Technical expertise to present and position cybersecurity products and services.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for a non-technical audience.
• Highly collaborative with initiative and teamwork.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement - meet with potential customers to understand needs and propose fit.
• Product demonstrations - provide live demos and proofs of concepts tailored to prospects.
• Solution development - collaborate with sales and product teams to refine solutions.
• Technical training - train the sales team on product technicalities.
• Feedback loop - relay field feedback to product/engineering for improvements.
• RFP/RFI assistance - help answer technical sections of RFPs/RFIs.
• Post-sales support - assist in implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
