Horizon3 seeks a seasoned Pre‑Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to help prospects grasp the value of our NodeZero platform and related cybersecurity offerings. You will engage with customers, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with sales and product teams to design solutions that fit their security needs.
The role is fully remote, with travel up to 50% to customer sites or events. Ideal candidates communicate complex topics clearly in English and thrive in a fast-growing, inclusive team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Pre‑Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect in the cybersecurity domain.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration with sales and product teams to tailor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Customer engagement—meet with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and infrastructure.
- Product demonstrations—provide live demos and proofs of concept tailored to the customer.
- Solution development—work with sales and product teams to refine solutions based on customer feedback.
- Technical training—train the sales team on product tech to improve sales effectiveness.
- Feedback loop—relay field feedback to product/engineering for ongoing improvement.
- RFP/RFI assistance—help address technical sections of RFPs/RFIs.
- Post-sales support—assist in post-sales processes to ensure smooth implementation.
