Job summary

CPX in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior cybersecurity advisor and trusted client success lead to drive value realization across managed security services clients. You will bridge client stakeholders with MSSP delivery teams to ensure service performance aligns with business objectives and operational expectations.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification and strong security operations knowledge.
• Experience leading SOC or managed security services teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – own a portfolio of MSSP clients and bridge client and delivery teams.
• Service Governance & Performance Management – run reviews, report KPIs, risks and improvements.
• Technical Advisory Services – advise across SOC, SIEM, MDR, EDR/XDR and Threat Intelligence.
• Escalation & Incident Management – act as escalation point and coordinate major incidents.
• Continuous Service Improvement – analyze trends and drive enhancements in service delivery.
• Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration – align client needs with MSSP delivery.
• Technical Leadership & Capability Development – mentor team members and share best practices.
