Job summary

Souq.com FZ LLC in Dubai is seeking a senior leader to own and shape the international customer experience strategy across multiple markets. You will drive product direction, alignment at VP/SVP levels, and partner with product and technology teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

You'll build data-driven frameworks, establish a metrics program to measure customer harm and impact, and collaborate with regional teams to embed the international lens into roadmaps and policy

Qualifications

Master's degree
10+ years blending product and program management to execute strategic initiatives
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience interfacing with Product/Technology teams
Experience in English-language communication

Responsibilities

Improve customer experience by identifying and eliminating sources of friction across all international stores
Define and own the metrics framework for international CX
Partner with product and technology teams to translate customer insights into product requirements and scalable solutions
Write strategy documents for executive audiences with clear recommendations
Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals
